Scott was concerned with every detail in selling and purchasing our home. I am an impatient person by nature and Scott explained the whole process of reviewing mammal 19 homes: if we hadn’t I wouldn’t be in my dream home. There was care and interest in what our response was to any home that we walked through, not trying to “sell us” on the property. He was absolutely honest on property that would be a challenge for resale. There was acknowledgment for my lack of enthusiasm on a home that my husband was strongly interested in and discussed the challenges that I had. He met us in 40 below zero to house hunt!. It doesn’t get any better than that. Trusting a realtor to be truly honest is an issue: you will not have any concerns with Scott. He is one of the few that still possesses a high level of integrity, takes time for his family and care for his clients (and clients pets).

I had a great experience working with Scott on the purchase of my very first condominium. Being a brand new buyer I was inexperienced and didn't know what to expect, but Scott did a great job of taking care of all the little details. I was looking for a place during a peak growth period in the Calgary market and because of the huge demand from buyers and small supply from sellers, it was an extremely competitive market, which required us to move very quickly once we found a place that was right for me. He did a great job on advising me on what price we should go in at (especially considering there were multiple offers on many of the listings). Scott was exceptional to work with and made himself readily available to me to go and see places with short notice. He did a great job of screening the places for me and really showing me places that he knew would work for me and appeal to my tastes. I have been in my dream condo in Bankview for a year now and I couldn't be happier.

Scott took the time to show me numerous condos in the downtown area over a period of approximately 8 months. His online email service showing me relevant properties was timely and accurate. Scott is also a very honest realtor. He was willing to let me know if he thought a property was not worth the price, or if he thought there was something that would need further inspection.
