 Scott is a lucky guy. He spends his time balanced between the two things he loves the most; his family and real estate. All of Scott’s accomplishments in real estate have come with the full support of his amazing wife Sophie and their growing family of three boys; Cole (5), Ryan (2.5) and Curtis (5 months).
Scott has been involved in real estate for just over 10 years. The most recent five years, he has been a REALTOR® with the well respected Royal Lepage organization. Scott had helped his clients negotiate, sell and move into over 42 million dollars worth of real estate. With these successes, he won numerous awards that are listed below. However, he is most proud of the testimonials from his valued clients. Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Scott worked as a residential appraiser for 5 years, carefully examining, analyzing and placing value upon every type of real estate from vacant land, condominiums, farms, acreages, four-plexes to single family residential. The experience was not only engaging and fun, but gave Scott a solid ability to understand what really determines property values. Scott will take the time to explain the terminology, and translate it into a language that everyone can understand and appreciate.  Scott is not one-dimensional. He very much enjoys being involved with the lives of his children whether it’s soccer, school, swimming, skiing or hockey. If he is not working, Scott is likely involved with something related to his children such as volunteering for school activities or coaching sports. As a family, the Gunn’s fully enjoy all the activities that our south western Ontario has to offer.
